Old Saybrook Artists Ages 8 through College: Share Your Artistic Perspective in Our Booth
This summer Old Saybrook Youth and Family Services and Healthy Communities Healthy Youth will once again be hosting a booth at the Chamber of Commerce’s Annual Arts and Crafts Festival to display a variety of art by Old Saybrook youth on July 25 and 26th.
Participating students may display (and offer for sale if they desire) 2—3 finished pieces of work and should plan on helping at the booth during a pre-arranged 2 hour period. They will have the opportunity to talk with patrons and artists about their art.
NEW THIS YEAR: artwork hanging in the booth will also be exhibited for the month of August in the Marshview Gallery at the Estuary Center, with a reception for artists, families, friends and patrons on Friday evening, August 14th.
Registration forms are available at OSYFS, 322 Main Street or may be downloaded from the OSYFS website at www.oldsaybrookct.org/youth under “News and Announcements”.
