The North Haven Garden Club was the recipient of a grant given by the North Haven Rotary Club at its annual Community Recognition Luncheon held at Fantasia on July 26. Accepting the award was Garden Club president Lynda O’Donnell and treasurer Cindy Golia from Mark Minotti, Rotary Club president. Funds received will go towards the beautification of the gardens and planters around town. Attending the luncheon with Lynda and Cindy were club members Lee Fermo, Marge Quinn, and Brenda Howlett.
