Academic and Extracurricular Achievements
• Emily Bartosic of Madison graduated from Wake Forest University in December 2016 with a dual major (B.A. in politics and international affairs and communication).
• Matthew Bruciati of Madison graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a bachelor of science degree in engineering mechanics.
• Charles Peter Burdge, the son of Catherine and Charles Burdge of Killingworth and a senior at Connecticut College, has been named a Winthrop Scholar, the highest academic honor bestowed by the college.
• Nicholas F. Ciarleglio of Madison graduated from DeSales University with a B.A. in business administration.
• Olivia Dennis of Madison graduated from the University of New Haven.
• Jesse Esposito of Madison spent the summer 2016 semester in Italy as part of a study abroad group. Esposito is majoring in strategic communication at Miami University.
• The Georgia Institute of Technology graduates: Drew Gordon of Madison, Wesley Schon of Madison, and Christopher Wahrenburg of Madison.
• Kassidy Keirstead of Madison is starring in the film No Costume, No Candy.
• Brandon Lee Quang Phan of Madison recently graduated from Clemson University with a bachelor of science degree in packaging science.
• Rachel J. Muskin of Madison will participate in a St. Lawrence University off-campus study abroad program during the Spring 2017 semester.
• Laura Grace Smith of Madison was inducted into the Aplha Kappa Delta Honor Society at Notre Dame.
• Matt Speed of Madison will have a principal role in Dean College’s production of A Midsummer Night’s Dream.
