Farm to Table Small Plate Fusion Fun
John Brennan, the chef and mastermind behind New Haven’s Olives and Oil, is teaming up with the chefs of Sanctuary Kitchen at CitySeed for a small plate fusion menu event on Thursday, Sept. 19 at 6 p.m. at Olives and Oil, 124 Temple Street, New Haven. Ten percent of all menu sales from the evening will go to support Sanctuary Kitchen, a New Haven organization that promotes, celebrates, and supports the culinary traditions and cultures of refugees who now call Connecticut home.
