Once again, I was drawn in by a great cover. And once again, the book did not disappoint! Set in a rural Indian village, friends, enemies, and frenemies come together to avenge the abuses of their drunk husbands. I love the characters’ witty banter, how they bicker and fight like sisters, and how they ultimately unite when things get ugly.
