On Saturday, Jan. 7 at 9 a.m., the Morgan Huskies will host their annual Morgan Varsity Fencing Invitational, a round robin style tournament and diaper drive to raise money for the Bare Necessities Diaper Bank. Bare Necessities distributes diapers and wipes to families in need along the shoreline. Last year, the event raised a little over $3,000 worth of product. This year, Guilford, Hand, North Haven and Simsbury will all be in attendance. The invitational is free-of-charge, attendees are only asked to bring a donation.

Morgan fencing Head Coach Jim Barnett encourages people to come out and support the great cause, while also being able to see some of the best teams in the state compete on the fencing strip.
