The Hand boys’ basketball team won the Division III state championship for the first time in program history in March 2022.

On Dec. 23, the championship team was supposed to be honored with a ring ceremony prior to the game. Due to school being cancelled that day, the ceremony has been rescheduled to Tuesday, Jan. 3. It will take place at 6:30 p.m. in the Polson Gym, prior to the Tigers’ home game vs. North Haven.
