Natureworks Garden Center hosts its first Fairy Festival on Saturday, Aug. 18, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at its 518 Forest Road, Northford, shop. The gardens will be transformed into a realm of fantasy, storytelling, and crafts and will feature a garden walk that includes finding fairy flowers and fairy houses. In addition, there will be lunch-time fairy treats and a magic wand workshop. The fee is $12 for an all day pass or $6 for a half day pass.
