NORTH BRANFORD: On Thursday, Oct. 13, ten students from North Branford High School (NBHS) attended the Shoreline Music Festival at Coginchaug High School.

This was the first live onsite event in three years. Participants were nominated by music educators and then selected to perform with their peers who attend Shoreline Conference Schools. NBHS Music Department educators Nick Filippides and Maria Berte attended with the students.

The Shoreline Conference includes 12 schools and this event showcased the most talented and dedicated musicians.

NBHS students participated in both chorus and band. The NBHS participants included chorus members Nathan Danner, McKenna Gallipolli, Jeremy Meneo, Anastasia Molleur, Maiah Raymond and Mia Yacono; and band members Aislinn Aiken, Alexa Cotton, Daniel Sabine and Grace Westefeld.
