Each year during Thanksgiving Week the Town of Old Saybrook releases its annual report at the annual Town Meeting. And each year, one citizen is honored with a dedication on the report's first page.

Winning that honor this year is Director of Parks and Recreation Vicki Duffy who marks her 40th year in the position.
