The Valley Shore YMCA is hosting an Open House Week for the shoreline community December 28th – December 31st. Come see why our members love the Y and all that it has offer to week at no cost and no commitment. With 60 group exercise classes each week, a 25 yard, 6 lane heated pool, free child watch services, full service wellness center, the Y has what you need to meet your health and wellness goals. The Valley Shore Y is open from 5:00 AM to 9:30 PM Monday thru Wednesday and open until 4:30 pm on New Year’s Eve. Come try us out for free!
